Julia King is a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation. She has studied many healing modalities and different traditions in order to follow the inner calling to Know Thyself. She learned that all change is self change and this is what she teaches.
Her mission is… to empower others to discover the love in themselves that they we can then share with the world.
